Hurricane Dorian Expected to Affect Bahamas, Florida 30.08.2019


We would like to inform you of Hurricane Dorian, which is expected to affect the following areas over the upcoming weekend:

• The Bahamas (Caribbean)
• Florida (USA)

Hurricane Dorian is expected to intensify from a Category 2 storm to Category 4 by early next week as it makes landfall on the eastern coast of the southern USA. The Governor of Florida declared a State of Emergency throughout the entire state of Florida on Wednesday, August 28th:

Strong winds, significant rainfall and flooding are expected. Those affected should follow local news reporting and local authorities for safety precautions to be taken in advance of the storm’s arrival. Euro-Center USA expects air and cruise travel to be significantly affected by this storm. Clients should contact their airlines and cruise operators as soon as possible for further instructions regarding cancellations or rescheduling.
