Hurricane Laura To Affect Texas and Louisiana


Euro-Center would like to inform you of Hurricane Laura, affecting the Gulf Coast of the United States, particularly the states of Texas and Louisiana. The current track shows rapid intensification.  It is expected to make landfall as a Category 4 storm by tonight (Wednesday 26/Aug) into Thursday (27/Aug).

Both states have declared states of emergency in advance of the storm.

Evacuation orders have already been put into effect for the area. We have a number of clients in the region that will be affected by this storm and we do expect an impact on emergency services and facilities. All persons in the region should proceed in accordance with local and state authority orders to designated shelters outside of the area.
