    We are currently seeking a German speaking (Native or C1 Level Proficiency) to fulfil the role of Insurance Operations Manager/ BPO Manager

    Job Description:

    The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all functions and controls related to the existing and expanding BPO business operations in the German platform. The successful candidate will be a customer-centric professional responsible for supervising and supporting coordination processes, while ensuring direct collaboration with key customers. This role involves actively contributing to the growth and development of the BPO business, ensuring operational processes are implemented in alignment with customer needs and expectations.

    Experience in insurance and claims handling, including travel insurance, is essential for this position. As part of Euro-Center’s global medical assistance and claims management operations, the Insurance Operations Manager will ensure that service delivery is in line with the company’s high standards. The BPO business is a rapidly growing segment of Euro-Center (EC), and the Manager will play a crucial role in expanding and optimizing this area of the business.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate of Higher Education.

    • At least 5 years of previous experience in BPO centres management.

    • 5 Years previous claims and management experience is required.

    • Previous insurance operational policies and procedures experience.

    • Experience in Planning and Development of projects.

    • Experience in organising and delegating assignments to team.

    • Customer Service oriented, solution oriented.

    • Full computer literacy in Microsoft Office tools.

    • Native or high advanced German & English language capability.

    • Be able to operate in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment; current teams are English, Italian, German, Danish, Swedish etc. Clients are global.

    We are currently looking for German speakers (native or C1 level proficiency) to fulfil the position of Assistance Coordinator (ACO) (ECCT/ECP)

    Job Description:

    Being a member of our team, you are responsible for assisting and helping travellers world-wide in difficult situations. Main tasks are contacts with our clients, the patients, hospitals, ambulance companies, tour operators and others – main aim of balancing this communication flow, is to arrange the medical or travel need for the insured policyholder.

    We are searching for reliable, open-minded and flexible team players with the ability to analyse a situation and to find a solution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate over the phone and via email with policyholders, a worldwide network of medical providers and our colleagues around the world
    • Co-ordinate logistic arrangements locally and internationally to assist policyholders in medical or difficult travel situations
    • Work closely with medical professionals internally and externally

    Job Requirements:

    • German speaker (Native or C1 level proficiency) with full professional fluency, also in English
    • Pro-active and perform well under pressure
    • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training
    • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage
    • Matric or higher
    • Competent computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
    • Must be able to work in shifts including some week-ends and some evening/night shifts.
    • SA VISA secured already, ideally
    • FSB registered – a big bonus

    We are currently seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an adaptable and agile Legal and Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved with all Euro-Center entities worldwide. Your colleagues will be based in Prague and Copenhagen. This role requires someone who can work independently. You must be able to engage in projects across the organisation that may lie outside the scope of the job description.

    Key Responsibilities:

    LEGAL

    • Drafting, maintaining and review of legal agreements and contracts
    • Prepare standard contracts for company departments
    • Advice company departments during contract negotiations, especially the Commercial Department
    • Ability to prepare complex legal documents
    • Negotiation, drafting and implementation of the terms of agreements in all business contracts and agreements
    • Oversee legal implications of new projects
    • Review all documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing

    COMPLIANCE

    • Contribute to building and maintaining 2nd LoD function
    • Assisting 1st LoD in identifying risks
    • Assisting 1st LoD developing and implementation of controls
    • Develop compliance checklists and prepare compliance reports
    • Oversee groupwide governance documentation
    • Assist in conducting policy and guideline reviews to ensure compliance with procedures, rules and regulations.
    • Assist in training and implementation of policies, guidelines and work instructions
    • Assist in the drafting and review of internal policies

    Job Requirements:

    • Qualification: LLM
    • A minimum of 2-4 years’ working experience with at least 2 years’ compliance experience
    • IT knowledge (particularly in Excel and Word)
    • High level of determination and clout
    • Good understanding of Compliance activities
    • Good understanding of Commercial matters and considerations
    • Experience of developing and managing compliance monitoring programmes.
    • Fluency in English
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally (lawyers, shareholders, auditors) at all levels

    We are currently seeking a Data Analytics, Planning & Steering Expert (BPO – Insurance Claims and QA)

    Job Description:

    You will be responsible for leveraging data analysis to enhance operational performance within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. This role focuses on analysing performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that drive improvements in quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing processes, supporting decision-making, and ensuring that operational and quality goals are met or exceeded.

    Job Requirements:

    Education / knowledge and experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Knowledge of insurance claims processes and QA standards is a plus.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar software.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, operational intelligence, or a related role within the BPO insurance, or financial services environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully analysing data and implementing process improvements.
    • Experience with QA processes or data management is a plus.

    Language Skills:

    • Native, bilingual, or high advanced English
